Innovation is not a “nice to have” - it’s an absolute necessity for organizational survival in today’s global economy. Nearly everyone knows this; it’s constantly talked about in the press, at conferences, and in the corporate boardroom. There are many approaches to innovation, some focus on leadership, others on invention, still others on culture.
