Following the success of the 2007 event and the more recent event devoted to the funding of businesses, the new CréaWAL conference is a very important occasion for the Walloon economy.

The key aspect is that CréaWAL is putting on twenty or so high-level conferences and workshops devoted mainly to growth, competitiveness, innovation, trends, management, marketing, finance, etc. The quality of the speakers, the originality of the subjects and the packed programme make these two days a unique event in Belgium. Approximately 4 000 participants are expected.

Through its innovation and funding platforms and its professional meetings sessions (in speed dating format), CréaWAL also offers entrepreneurs and those starting up businesses varied opportunities to make contacts, establish business relationships and form partnerships.

CréaWAL is also a unique place in which to obtain information or advice or to meet intermediaries or experts. Around 100 public and private bodies and institutions will be present.

CréaWAL is therefore particularly aimed at "agents of growth": project carriers with innovative businesses, business leaders or managers, financiers or investors, advisers or opinion leaders: people with ideas and projects, people who initiate and develop, and who have ambition and know-how.
